Year 9 and Year 13 Hungarian students recently participated in a cross-curricular activity focusing on the Don River and the Hungarian troops' situation in 1942 in the Soviet Union in WW2. Year 13 students presented on the historical topic, providing younger students with both historical insights and an opportunity to observe effective presentation techniques.
For Year 9 students, it was a chance to learn how to present by watching their older peers, meanwhile, Year 13 students refined their speaking skills by explaining complex historical events in an accessible way.
This activity highlighted the value of peer-led learning, strengthening both historical understanding and essential communication skills for all involved.

Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of participating in the Nord Anglia Snowsport Expedition in the breathtaking region of Villars-sur-Ollon, in the Swiss Alps. This was the very first year our school organised an expedition like this, so it was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience.
Our Year 2 school trip to the Children's Railway this week was a great experience. We started our journey at Hűvösvölgy and made our way up to Széchenyi-hegy.
