Register for our Virtual Open Evening: Wednesday 7 May 2025: 5:00pm
After a two-day virtual verification inspection, the visiting team gave the school glowing feedback. They were particularly complimentary of the virtual lesson observations they made in terms of the quality of teaching and engagement from our students.
“The IB commends the teachers for designing interactive virtual lessons, being creative in their approach to virtual learning and maintaining student motivation in the virtual learning environment.”
“The IB commends the school for promoting students to take responsibility for their learning and creating opportunities for students to have a voice and choice, especially within the virtual learning environment.”
During the visit the inspectors interviewed staff, students and parents to ensure that they gathered evidence from all within our community. The verification report commended the school for:
“Fostering a caring environment where all members of the community feel welcomed and show respect for one another.”
The majority of the commendations related to the Standards and Practices that relate to teaching, learning and assessment. For example, the inspectors commended the school for:
“Broadening the students' perspectives and using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals within the units of inquiry in a purposeful way.”
“The school for placing a high value on giving students the opportunity to self-assess, reflect, and understand themselves as learners.
With the IB PYP, MYP and DP programmes now accredited, we are officially an IB Continuum school!

When it comes to finding the right school, there are countless data sources to explore. You can pore over the school’s test scores and university destinations, websites, and social media in search of signs that this could be the place.
But some soul-searching is also needed into your own aspirations. What is it, precisely, that you want for your child, beyond vague aims of them being “happy and successful”? It’s a daunting question, and requires reflection around your ideas about learning, community and perhaps even the nature of a meaningful life.
At Nord Anglia Education schools, we encourage our students not only to learn foreign languages but to think, feel, and experience the world through them. Many of our schools around the world, from the United States to Switzerland and from Vietnam to China, offer a world-class bilingual education.
Bilingualism—the ability to communicate fluently in two languages—helps children learn and grow. At our schools, we understand being bilingual helps students truly excel because it boosts their thinking skills, improves decision-making, and enhances communication. Plus, it helps them appreciate other cultures on a deeper level.
Read on for a closer look at all the benefits of bilingualism.
