NAIS Pudong Scholarships
Excited students and their parents spent Tuesday afternoon choosing their after school activities (ASAs) for the coming season which commences on Monday 11 September. A wide variety of vendors attended the event, providing detailed information about each activity and how it could benefit our students.
As well as a huge range of options which will be run by our own staff (including a variety of language, sports, performing arts and academic-themed activities), we were also joined by a range of external vendors; BASH football, Swimland, Wow Golf and Tennis Lane being just a few of the sports options.
Our ASA programme takes place in two seasons across the academic year and is packed with options which look to encourage students to explore and enhance their interests and skills, always building on our school values of developing creative, confident and considerate learners who are prepared for their futures. Activities are available every day of the week - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are compuslory, with Thursday and Friday optional.
We look forward to featuring more on our ASA programme as the year progresses!
Last Sunday, NAIS Pudong had a Spring Fling filled with laughter and joy! International families from Shanghai gathered on campus and had a wonderful family day with their children and parents on a sunny spring day.
Football season this year was fantastic! This was the first U19 girls team we’ve had in many years, and I’m in complete admiration of many girls in our team giving the sport a go for the first time, bringing football back to life for us!
This week, our school was thrilled to welcome specialist educators from the world-renowned Juilliard School for an inspiring series of dance and drama sessions with both our teachers and students!
From 11 to 13 March 2025, a group of our creative students had the incredible opportunity to participate in a the NAE Regional Performing Arts Festival in Shanghai alongside 11 Nord Anglia schools from across China! With over 475 young artists immersing themselves in drama, dance, music, puppetry, short film making, physical theatre, and more, the festival was a true celebration of creativity and collaboration.
