NAIS Pudong Scholarships
Our Parents and Community Association (PCA) continued with their incredible run of community events at the start of the year, following up our Welcome Back Picnic and Movie Night with today’s Staff Appreciation Day, giving thanks to all staff within the school who provide all sorts of teaching, services, and other support to their children.
Parents went above and beyond, preparing and serving a huge range of delicious foods and delicacies from their home countries; coffees and a multitude of other drinks; fruits of every kind; and a variety of desserts and cakes, including mooncakes just in time for the upcoming mid-Autumn festival.
Parents and students from across the school also took the time over the past week or so to create thank you cards and notes for staff across the school, with many heartfelt and thoughtful messages. Our entire staff dedicate themselves to educating and supporting every student in the school, and so it was incredible to see that hard work and commitment acknowledged and celebrated in such a way.
Thank you to all staff in our school for everything they do. And thank you to our parents for creating such a brilliant day dedicated to them. We’re so proud to be part of one NAIS Pudong community and family!
Last Sunday, NAIS Pudong had a Spring Fling filled with laughter and joy! International families from Shanghai gathered on campus and had a wonderful family day with their children and parents on a sunny spring day.
Football season this year was fantastic! This was the first U19 girls team we’ve had in many years, and I’m in complete admiration of many girls in our team giving the sport a go for the first time, bringing football back to life for us!
This week, our school was thrilled to welcome specialist educators from the world-renowned Juilliard School for an inspiring series of dance and drama sessions with both our teachers and students!
From 11 to 13 March 2025, a group of our creative students had the incredible opportunity to participate in a the NAE Regional Performing Arts Festival in Shanghai alongside 11 Nord Anglia schools from across China! With over 475 young artists immersing themselves in drama, dance, music, puppetry, short film making, physical theatre, and more, the festival was a true celebration of creativity and collaboration.
