HISTORY AND HERITAGE

Our school has a long and distinguished history dating back more than 30 years. The merger of the Prague British School and English International School of Prague in 2018 brought together two schools with outstanding academic records and thriving communities, forming what we know as PBIS today.

We’re now the largest international school community in the Czech Republic, with three thriving campuses in Prague. Vlastina is in the west of the city, while Kamýk and Libuš are five minutes apart in the south-east. Our campuses have some of the best sports, performing arts and teaching facilities in the city, where exceptional teachers deliver world-class learning in and beyond the school day.

I gained so much by being a PBIS student, I would describe the management style as extremely hard-working with open-minded people. These are people who invest their time into providing students the care and help they need and those that aim for an overall development of the education system.
