    Windermere Prep is a Pre-K 3 through Grade 12 school, offering both day and boarding options. Boarding is available for students in Grades 7–12.
  • Where is Windermere Preparatory School located?
    Windermere Preparatory School is on a beautiful 48-acre campus, located in southwest Orlando in the town of Windermere. The campus features abundant green space and water elements and houses students and teachers comfortably in well-appointed classrooms across the three academic divisions (Lower, Middle, and High School).
  • Does Windermere Prep offer a boarding program?
    Yes. Our Residential Life program welcomes both domestic and international students in Grades 7–12, providing a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment that feels like home.
  • Is Windermere Prep an IB World School?

    Windermere Prep is proud to have offered the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) to students in Grades 11–12 since 2008, making us the only independent IBDP school in Central Florida. In 2024, we became a candidate school for the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP) for students in Pre-K 3–Grade 10, working toward full IB World School authorization.

We also offer a state-of-the-art pool for the Laker Aquatics Program and premier tennis courts used by the Orlando Tennis Academy, supporting year-round training and competition. Plus, we have a full-time strength and conditioning coach that works with our athletes every day.
