We are proud to share that Windermere Preparatory School has been awarded the Nord Anglia Education Social Impact Bronze Certificate, a distinction recognizing schools that integrate the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) into everyday learning and community life.
This recognition places Windermere Prep among a select and exclusive group of Nord Anglia schools worldwide that are leading the way in socially conscious education. For our Lakers, this is more than an award. It’s a reflection of who we are as a community.

As our Global Partnership Lead, Kelly Freundt, shared, “This recognition is particularly meaningful for us because the initiatives highlighted in the certification have long been part of who we are at WPS. The application process served not as a starting point, but as a validation and formal acknowledgement of the outstanding work our Laker community engages in every day.”
